Rebalance Ltd does not record any of your credit card information. We accept payments by MasterCard, VISA and direct bank deposit/internet banking for NZ bank account holders. All credit card payments are processed securely through Paypal or Payment Express.
Pay Pal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Please read the Paypal terms and conditions when opening a Paypal account for the first time or adding/changing credit cards as small fees may apply ($1.00). These fees are charged by Paypal, not by Rebalance Ltd and are usually refunded a within a few days.
Please make sure that all personal info, address, email, credit card and banking details are filled out correctly to avoid any hold ups to your Rebalance order.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to shop with us.
Internet Banking & Bank Deposit
Customers who hold a New Zealand bank account have the added option of paying by internet banking or direct deposit.
Before returning something, contact us with an explanation of what you are returning and why. If it is a valid reason, we will gladly accept your return and a refund will be given, however your shipping costs will not be refunded.
All returns must be made within 7 days. We also require that all items sent back to us have a track and trace number, and are well protected against damage from shipping. We can't provide a refund until we've received the products back and we accept no liability for any goods lost in transit without a valid tracking number.
If you are an international customer, we cannot provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your countries customs.
