I can't find what I'm looking for. Can you help?

Of course we can! If you know what you want, just enter it into the search bar (top right). For example if you are wanting Ester C, just type in Ester C and you will get all the different brands we carry. If you only want Nutra Life Ester C, simply type this into the search. If you still need help just send us an email and we will do our best! 

Do I need to register or create an account to buy online from you?

Not at all! To make a purchase just 'checkout as guest' when the time comes. If you want your address details saved to make the process faster for next time, click on 'create an account' at the end of the checkout process. Creating an account will not save your payment details only your shipping address. We can also send you a link to create an account so email us if you would like this.

I don't have a Paypal account, can I still make a purchase?

Absolutely! If you are wanting to pay by credit card simply choose the credit card option on checkout. This will take you to our secure payment page where you can enter your credit card details. Rebalance does not record this information and your card details are encrypted for security reasons by DPS. You also have the option to pay by bank deposit or internet banking (if you hold a NZ bank account). To do this, select 'Bank Deposit' on checkout.

I live overseas but do not see my country listed in your shipping options. Can you still send to me?

Yes we can! Email us for a shipping & handling quote.

I am having issues placing my order, can I email an order to you?

Yes! We can take orders via email. Just let us know what you are wanting, the address you would like your order sent to and your preferred method of payment (internet banking, Paypal or credit card). Someone will then contact you with either our bank account details or the secure link to pay via Paypal/credit card.

Is your packaging recyclable?

YES! All of the packaging we use on your order can be recycled, even the courier bags, so please do your bit to help the environment by popping these into your recycling bin.

I did not receive a receipt with my order. Can you please send one?

All our orders are sent with receipts, if you can't locate your receipt, it's generally in the plastic pocket on the top of your courier bag/box.

A product I ordered was not sent with the other items. Why? 

Please add our email to your address list. If an item is currently unavailable or arriving in a separate package we will let you know as soon as possible. Occasionally our emails are not received and/or end up in the spam/junk inbox which causes confusion over where items may be. 

Do you have an 0800 number?

Unfortunately at present we only have a local number 09 887 3019 but if you need to get in touch just email us with your query and we'll get in touch ASAP.

How do I pay by AMEX?

If you wish to pay by AMEX, please select the Paypal option on checkout. You do not need a Paypal account to use this method and all payments are made securely.
