The skin is the largest organ of the body and what we put onto it is absorbed straight into our blood stream. When it comes to your skin, we suggest using only the purest of products. There are many popular products on the market today that contain questionable ingredients, ingredients that at their best have shown to cause minor skin irritation and at their worst been linked to different forms of cancers!
For outbreaks of eczema or other irritated skin conditions try adding a small handful of oat flour to the bath, or wrap oats or oatmeal in some muslin cloth. Oats are very soothing for angry, irritated skin conditions and also very calming before bed!
For sore muscles add a handful of epsom salts.
For Relaxation add a few drops of lavender oil.
