The skin is the largest organ of the body and what we put onto it is absorbed straight into our blood stream. When it comes to your body, we suggest you use only the purest of products.
There has been a lot of research into the use of aluminium in antiperspirants. Research has shown that aluminium can be absorbed into the bloodstream via the skin where it is capable of causing DNA damage in high quantities and research also shows that aluminium is found in high quantities in Alzheimer's patient's. There have been claims made that aluminium in deodorants are a major factor in causing breast cancer, however, there has been no published epidemiologic studies to support or refute this claim.
Rebalance only recommends products that we know to be safe and pure. Products that we use ourselves. Products that are gentle, effective and free from any nasties.
