Natural remedies for stress relief

Change, deadlines, money, children, work, family, crowds, lack of sleep….the list goes on and on. The truth is that stress has become a common theme in todays world and most of us suffer from stress at one time or another. Some can handle stress very well but for others it can cause a number of illnesses such as fatigue, memory loss, teeth grinding, bowel problems, high blood pressure and insomnia to name just a few.
