Free delivery in New Zealand on all orders over $100! 

For orders under $100, delivery is just $4.50 per order.

After placing an order with Rebalance you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Orders are only dispatched once payment has been received and Rebalance is satisfied with the integrity of your order. Once payment is made, and we are ready to send, we will send you another email containing your tracking number.

NZ deliveries can take 1- 5 business days from when the order is placed. We aim to have orders placed from Monday to Thursday dispatched within 48 hours - provided payment has been received and we have the products in stock. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. If you need your order in a hurry, please contact us first to be sure that we can make this happen. 

Occasionally a product that you order may be out of stock. In this case we will contact you with its estimated time of arrival. Sometimes we may offer you the choice of an alternative product, if one is suitable, and available. 

We send by Courier Post non-signature trackpaks unless otherwise requested. If you're not home when they call, and they reckon you live in a secure place, the driver will usually leave your parcel by your door or in your mailbox. If they don't think it safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call and you can arrange something with them.

PO box and rural deliveries are no problem! Order away!

We use an excellent courier system, and we expect your parcel to arrive just as we sent it – in excellent condition, if it doesn't, we accept responsibility for breakages in transit provided we are notified within 5 days. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once it has been delivered.

If your order has not been received after 5 business days, please let us know with an email, and include your order number and contact details. 


Rest of the world 

International orders are welcome* 

We welcome and encourage international orders, New Zealand has some of the best natural health products in the world, and we love sharing these with other countries. 

For international orders, the approximate shipping and handling rate will be calculated on checkout. If the shipping seems too high, try taking out a few of the heavier items or choose smaller sizes. If you are making a bulk order, we can work out a special price and notify you of the shipping cost before completing your order.

After your payment has been confirmed, international delivery can take 5 to 15 business days – taking into consideration that it will not get stopped in customs (see below) and the shipping method you choose. In the very rare case that your order has not arrived after 20 business days please let us know with an email, and include your order number and contact details.

International orders are shipped using New Zealand Post International Airmail. 

We can offer super fast shipping for most countries. if you need your purchase sooner, please let us know we will advise you of the extra costs, just make sure you are sitting down! New Zealand is far away, and if you want it the next day it can get expensive – order it before you really need it is our advice.

International Customs and Regulations* 

Each country has its own regulations about what is and isn't allowed in their own backyard. Some of the products we sell may be prohibited for importation into your country. Unfortunately, we can't be aware of all of these regulations. For this reason, it is really important that if you are unsure whether or not a product is allowed into your country, that you check it out. 

Rebalance is not responsible for the refund/replacement of any goods ordered from us that are prohibited by your country. We are also not responsible for any tax or duty incurred by your parcel once it reaches your country. If an order is returned to us by customs in a condition that allows us to resell it, then we will refund you the value of the order less any shipping costs incurred by us. 

We don't provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your countries customs due to the shipment containing items which are prohibited. So check the laws of your country before placing an order you are unsure about. We also cannot provide refunds for orders sent to incorrect shipping addresses. 
Please double check your address carefully in the confirmation email and notify us of any changes or corrections ASAP.

If something goes missing, we will do our best to find it, and we'll keep you posted throughout the process, however we accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.
