Avoid fried food, sugar and artificial additives.
Increase high quality proteins such as lean chicken, fish and tofu.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water or herbal tea a day.
Get regular gentle exercise.
Ensure your calorie intake is meeting your energy needs.
Minimise stress.
Get enough rest. The work, gardening, chores, shopping can wait.
Eat balanced, healthy small meals frequently.
Take warm rather than hot baths or showers.
